The Center for Disease Control and Prevention & Massachusetts Department of Public Health have strongly recommended all children have the H1N1 flu vaccination. This is a must as the holiday season brings large family get-togethers and close contact from hugs and food sharing with friends and relatives. An H1N1 flu shot clinic will be held by the Harvard public schools & the Nashoba Board of Health December 1st at Bromfield School. The vaccine will be offered to: children 6 months to 18 years of age, high school students over 18, pregnant women, and caregivers of infants. If you fall into any of the groups listed above or know anyone that would qualify for an H1N1 vaccine please recommend they get this shot, it may just save their life.
